By accessing or using our services, info products, or goods, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site or offerings.

2. Description of Services

Our core services consist of personalized spiritual growth tracks for founders, including one-on-one coaching sessions, group workshops, and guided retreats. Details of each package are provided on founderalignx.com.

3. Digital Products

We offer info products such as e-guides, audio sessions, and video modules to support your developmental path. Access to these resources is granted upon completion of purchase.

4. Physical Goods

Our range of physical offerings includes journals, workbooks, and meditation aids. Shipping details and timelines are outlined at checkout.

5. Payments

All fees are due in full at the time of purchase. Accepted methods are listed on our site. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access until the amount is settled.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

6.1 Services
Clients may request a refund of up to seventy percent of the purchase fee within seven days of the first session, provided no more than one session has been attended. To submit a request, contact us via Contact Form or email hello@founderalignx.com. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment channel within fourteen days. Sessions may be transferred to another date or participant upon mutual agreement without an additional fee.

6.2 Digital Products
Digital materials may be refunded within fourteen days of access if less than twenty-five percent of the content has been accessed. Requests must be made through the Contact Form. Once approved, we will initiate the credit process within fourteen days.

6.3 Physical Goods
Unused goods in original, sealed packaging are eligible for a refund within thirty days of shipment. Email hello@founderalignx.com to begin the process. We will provide shipping instructions. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a credit for the purchase fee within fourteen days.

6.4 Non-Refundable Offerings
Certain custom coaching intensives and limited-edition retreats are non-refundable due to the tailored nature of preparation and resource allocation. These exclusions are clearly marked at the time of purchase. Scheduling changes may be accommodated without fee when arranged at least seven days in advance.

7. Modification of Terms

founderalignx reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on founderalignx.com with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
